Troy has been in the real estate industry for
over 25 years successfully helping hundreds of
families buy and sell their homes in the San
Francisco Bay Area. Upon meeting Troy you
quickly see why people are drawn to his warm
and engaging persona. Don’t let that friendly
demeanor fool you, he is an excellent
negotiator. He uses his real estate knowledge
and negotiation skills to obtain top dollar for
his clients and get his buyers’ offers accepted.
He grew up in the South Bay and attended San
Jose State University. Troy has two bachelor
degrees; one in Kinesiology and the other in
Spanish. During his free time, Troy golfs, ski’s
and spends time with his three boys, Brayden,
Jacob and Bronson.
David
Langtry 
David’s route to real estate took a different
route than Troy’s. David started his career in
high tech marketing and sales but transitioned
to home construction. David and Troy met 10
years ago and began flipping homes and
building new homes together throughout the
South Bay. David grew up in Walnut Creek
and attended Chico State University earning
his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering. Upon graduation he has worked
and lived in Sunnyvale since 1984. During his
free time, David enjoys, home remodeling
projects, golf and spending time with his
family.
